Kia Croom

Kia Croom is a nearly 20-year fund development professional. She's raised nearly $400 million for nonprofits across the nation in a variety of cause areas such as education, STEM, human services, and more.

Croom hosts the 100 Black Fundraisers Strat-talks--a podcast designed to celebrate, inspire and equip Black fundraisers/fund development professionals to excel in their roles and positively impact Black communities.

Croom holds a Bachelors degree in Communications from the Clark Atlanta University and a Master of Science in Public Administration from Kennesaw State University and several other certifications in fund development and corporate social responsibility.
